Equal Ground Brings an Immersive Wellness Gathering to Delhi
Delhi’s wellness landscape is expanding rapidly, but few events attempt to bring together traditional knowledge systems and contemporary conversations in one shared space. Equal Ground, a new two-day wellness conference, will do exactly that when it takes place on 7 and 8 March 2026 at the historic Travancore Palace.
Focused on practices rooted in Indic wisdom, the gathering explores how disciplines such as yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and philosophy can support mental wellbeing and balance in modern urban life. Rather than positioning itself as a conventional conference, Equal Ground has been designed as an interactive experience where participants move between movement sessions, guided breathwork, conversations and hands-on workshops.
The initiative is founded by Eddie Stern, Sonakshi Dhamija, and Aishwarya Sahu, who envisioned a platform where teachers, practitioners and newcomers could engage with traditional practices in an open, collaborative environment.
Yoga, Meditation and Philosophy Sessions
Over two days, the programme will feature a diverse lineup of speakers and practitioners from the wellness space. The sessions will combine physical practice with deeper discussions on philosophy, health and self-awareness.
Participants will hear from internationally recognised yoga teacher Eddie Stern, classical yoga practitioner Prasad Rangnekar, and Ayurvedic health coach Dimple Jangda, known for her work in gut health and nutrition.
Also joining the conversations is Bani Singh, who approaches Jyotisa as a framework for understanding the mind and emotional patterns. Actor and wellness advocate Sonali Bendre will also participate, sharing personal insights on resilience, healing and holistic health.
The programme alternates between discussions and practice sessions, allowing participants to engage with both the intellectual and experiential aspects of these traditions.

A Curated Wellness Marketplace
Alongside the sessions, Equal Ground will host a curated marketplace featuring wellness and lifestyle brands focused on conscious living. Participants will be able to explore offerings from Tego, Boheco, Shunya Wellness, Marma Rituals, and Ace Blend.
Food and beverage partners include Stangr, Italian mineral water label San Benedetto, and Hearth and I, offering refreshments throughout the event.
House Holi: A Community Celebration
On the evening of 7 March, the gathering will transition into House Holi, a music-led community celebration designed to bring participants together in a more relaxed and festive setting.

Exploring Holistic Wellbeing in an Urban Setting
Through its mix of yoga sessions, meditation practices, Ayurveda insights and philosophy discussions, Equal Ground aims to explore how traditional knowledge systems can contribute to emotional resilience and everyday wellbeing. The event encourages reflective and preventative approaches to health while acknowledging that such practices complement—rather than replace—professional mental health support.
Open to wellness practitioners, professionals and curious participants alike, Equal Ground invites people to engage with these traditions in a way that feels both rooted and relevant to modern life.
The Equal Ground wellness conference will take place on 7–8 March 2026 at Travancore Palace, with limited attendance to maintain an intimate and interactive experience.
