Couturier Gaurav Gupta joined Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in conversation during A Vacation Within 2026, a three-day Mind & Mood Reset Retreat hosted by celebrity stylist Ami Patel and couturier Gaurav Gupta at the Art of Living International Headquarters in Bengaluru from August 14–16, 2026.
Attended by more than 50 guests from fashion, culture and wellness, the intimate retreat offered an opportunity to slow down, reflect and explore ideas around creativity, consciousness and mindful living.
As part of the three-day experience, Gaurav sat down with Gurudev for a conversation that moved across creativity, resilience, identity, love, purpose, mental well-being and human connection. The exchange looked at the relationship between inner awareness and creative expression, and how our experiences and outlook can influence the way we create and connect with others.
For Gaurav, whose work has often explored transformation, movement, energy and the human form, the conversation offered a chance to look beyond fashion and reflect on the ideas that influence his creative journey. It was less about finding answers and more about opening up a conversation around how we live, what inspires us and what keeps us connected to ourselves and to others.
