As wellness becomes a bigger part of how people think about luxury and everyday living, Trehan IRIS is bringing that idea into its latest residential project, Omara, in Sector 80, Gurugram.
Spread across 5.08 acres, Omara will have 320 golf-facing residences overlooking the Aravallis and Karma Lakelands golf course. The development has been planned around health, movement, recovery, nutrition, nature and community, rather than treating wellness as a collection of add-on amenities.
At the center of the project is a 1.25 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse, including a 55,000 sq. ft. wellness club. It will feature a longevity clinic with more than 180 diagnostic biomarkers, along with physiotherapy, chiropractic care, nutrition services and wellness programs. The spa is curated by L’Occitane en Provence, while fitness is led by Knox Studio. There are also spaces for Pilates, climbing, golf, cricket, squash, padel and pickleball.
Recovery has its own focus, with hydrotherapy, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, ice plunge, flotation therapy and a Himalayan salt sauna. Residents will also have access to a 25-meter indoor lap pool and an infinity pool overlooking the Aravallis.
Wellbeing continues beyond the clubhouse. A farm-to-fork market, herb and edible gardens, culinary school and poolside wellness cafe bring nutrition into daily life, while a 1.5 km jogging loop, pedestrian promenade and tropical forest belt encourage time outdoors. The development also includes a co-working hub, library, amphitheatre, music studio and spaces for mindfulness.
The 3.5 and 4.5 BHK residences range from approximately 3,250 to 4,150 sq. ft. Designed by UHA London with Esteva i Esteva of Spain, the homes have one residence per core with a private lift lobby, three-sided-open layouts and large wraparound decks. Automated home systems and AQI control are included, while air filtration uses MERV-14 and VOC-free carbon filtration.
The project is WELL residential and IGBC Platinum certified, with an estimated project cost of approximately Rs 1,300 crore as disclosed in its RERA registration. Milind Soman has been appointed Wellness Advisor to Trehan IRIS to guide the project’s wellbeing approach.

Located in Sector 80, Omara has access to NH-48 and the Dwarka Expressway, while its setting near the Aravallis and Karma Lakelands adds to the project’s emphasis on open space and outdoor living.
