A Global Table in the Heart of Delhi

Meet Me at Addoni’s

– Seema Dhawan

I didn’t just visit Addoni’s. I stepped into a story.

Tucked into a quietly chic corner of Green Park, Adonis isn’t just a new address on Delhi’s culinary map — it’s a mood. The kind that puts you at ease within moments, then stays with you long after the last cocktail glass is cleared. Inspired by the globetrotting experiences of Riccardo Addoni and his family, this 250+ seater brings together world cuisine, immersive design, and cocktail culture — all under one thoughtfully curated roof.

A Restaurant That Feels Like a Living Room

There’s something quietly magnetic about Addoni’s. It doesn’t announce itself with fanfare — instead, it draws you in with the subtle elegance of warm lighting, textured walls, and that unmistakable scent of wood-fired comfort and global spice. The space unfolds like a well-travelled storybook — Italian-inspired interiors layered with modern lines, leafy corners kissed by cascading greens, and soft fireplaces that don’t just warm the room, but the mood.

It’s where you can ease into a slow lunch, find yourself lost in conversation as afternoon turns into evening, and linger just a little longer as live jazz begins to hum in the background. Addoni’s isn’t just a restaurant. It’s an atmosphere — curated yet comfortable, grand yet deeply personal.

When the Menu Becomes a Journey

The experience started on a personal note. Mr. Romeo Singh, the manager, greeted me with a friendly smile and effortless warmth. …he guided me through the menu like a seasoned storyteller, offering thoughtful suggestions that felt more like personal recommendations than rehearsed pitches.

A trio of Mocktails — a crisp Mojito, a velvety Piña Colada, and a bright berry medley — arrived like a prelude to adventure. Light yet layered, they set the rhythm of the evening, promising a journey where no detail would be ordinary.

The opening act unfolded with Enoki Mushroom Tempura Sushi, delicately crisp and full of earthy flavor, followed by the Quinoa and Mango Salad, which played with texture and freshness in all the right ways. Light, yet layered — and just the kind of dish that catches you pleasantly off guard.

The Bangkok Avocado Melba followed — smooth, cool, and quietly indulgent, with just a hint of Thai inspiration. It was thoughtful food, the kind that doesn’t shout but still makes an impression.

Veg Teriyaki Donburi Bowl

For the mains, the Veg Teriyaki Donburi Bowl offered exactly the kind of comfort you crave — warm, satisfying, and rich with bold yet balanced flavors. On the other end of the spectrum, the pizza — beautifully charred, generously topped — added a casual, hearty contrast that brought the table to life.

Dessert brought the story full circle. The Mango Sticky Rice was a soft, tropical delight that lingered on the palate, followed by a clean scoop of gelato that refreshed and reset. The showstopper: of the evening was the Bombe Alaska. Torched at the table, flambéed with flair, and layered with surprise — it was drama, decadence, and dessert in one. — flamed at the table, theatrical and fun, with a perfect mix of textures inside.

At Adonis, the meal moves like a well-paced story — guided by good food, easy hospitality, and a sense of global wanderlust. It’s not just about what’s on the plate — it’s about how it all makes you feel. And thanks to thoughtful touches from people like Mr. Romeo Singh, you leave with more than just a satisfied palate — you leave with a memory.

Every Hour Has a Mood

By day, Addoni’s feels bright, calm, and rooted in nature — the Fresco Kitchen letting in just enough sunlight to make your salad sparkle. But as the sky darkens, things begin to shift. Soft jazz floats across the room, the lighting dims, and the vibe becomes more about stories, laughter, and that one more drink you didn’t plan to stay for.

And then there’s Cici — a private club discreetly hidden inside Addoni’s, opening soon. Think of it as the secret that locals will whisper about; an exclusive space for late-night energy, intimate gatherings, and celebrations that deserve something extra.

More Than a Restaurant

In a city where dining often feels like theatre, Addoni’s is something else entirely. It’s the kind of place where you’re not just a guest — you’re a part of something in motion.

As Sagar Garg, spokesperson for Addoni’s, explains,
“Addoni’s was never meant to be just a restaurant. It’s about connection — the kind you feel over a shared meal, a perfect drink, or a night that stays with you long after you’ve left.”

So, Would I Go Again?

Absolutely. Addoni’s is more than a recommendation — it’s a ritual in the making. Whether it’s a quiet lunch meeting, a romantic dinner, a Friday night with friends, or a solo glass of wine at the bar, it just works.

And yes, if you know where to look, there’s always something more waiting — like Cici, the members-only space that’s set to open soon, adding yet another layer to this evolving destination.
