Macadamia Recipes to Recreate Café Magic at Home

These quick and nourishing coffee-inspired recipes capture the aroma, warmth, and flavor of a café experience—perfect for mornings, breaks, or winding down. Discover how to enjoy café-style comfort at home, one delicious cup at a time.

Macadamia Foam Iced latte:
Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp macadamia butter
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅓ cup macadamia milk
  • ½ cup strongly brewed coffee or 2 espresso shots, cooled
    Steps:
  1. In a bowl, combine macadamia butter, salt and vanilla.
  2. Gradually mix in the milk in small portions to avoid lumps until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Pour this mixture into a French press.
  4. Pump the plunger about 20 times till the mixture has doubled in volume.
  5. Alternatively, you can use a frother till the mixture has doubled in volume for about 1
    minute.
  6. Fill the glass into the brim with ice and add the coffee on the top.
  7. Slowly pour the macadamia foam over the ice and your Macadamia Foam Iced Latte is
    ready!
    Keto Cappuccino Macadamia Chia Pudding:
    Ingredients:
    Coffee layer:
  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups + 2 tbsp unsweetened macadamia milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup espresso coffee
  • 4 tbsp Swerve or Erythritol or stevia drops to taste
  • Optional: add 1-2 tablespoons cacao powder for a mocha flavour
    Vanilla Layer:
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup + 1 tbsp macadamia milk
  • 2 tbsp Swerve or Erythritol or stevia drops to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder or cinnamon
    Steps:
  1. Start with the coffee layer by pouring the chia seeds into a blender or grinder and blitz it into a
    powder form.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend them until the mixture thickens.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetener as per requirements.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving jars till they are two-thirds full.
  5. Refrigerate them to chill while you make the next layer.
  6. Clean out the blender and repeat the process for the vanilla layer.
  7. Pour the vanilla layer on top of the coffee layer and chill for an hour.
  8. Sprinkle cacao powder before serving!
  9. The pudding can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
