Mumbai based designer, Felix Bendish, showcased his Spring-Summer collection, named “Fierce Momentum,” at London Fashion Week. This collection pays homage to the enduring spirit of women’s empowerment. The Show was on 16th September 2023 at 4.30 (London Time).

As a designer, it is imperative to introduce a fresh vernacular to the world of fashion. Felix Bendish, hailing from Mumbai, India, has made a significant mark in both womenswear and menswear with his eponymous clothing and accessory brand. His distinctive style, which he affectionately terms “QUIRKTHIC,” is a captivating blend of quirky concepts infused with gothic aesthetics.

For this season’s collection, Bendish draws inspiration from the indomitable power of women and their journey through the ages. The result is a range that embodies qualities of fierceness, unapologetic self-expression, and unwavering belief. In his eyes, women are akin to crocodiles—ferocious, when necessary, yet tender with their loved ones.

The collection embraces a rich tapestry of fabrics, including twill and cotton, embellished with digital prints and intricate embroidery. The ensembles set new trends by showcasing an array of optimistic colors, enticing textures, and lustrous surfaces.

Spring/Summer 2024 ushers in a 3D design revolution, with spikes, patch pockets, metal rings, digital prints, embroidery, and mock layers coming together to infuse a sense of playfulness into high street fashion.

The evolving blur between reality and illusion takes center stage, with novel materials conjuring surreal and optical effects. Bendish’s brand is a fixture at various international fashion events, including London Fashion Week (Fashion Scout and Fashion London), India Fashion Week, and trade fairs in Paris and Japan.
