The Four Seasons Resorts Maldives will mark the Year of the Fire Horse with a week of celebration across Landaa Giraavaru and Kuda Huraa, from 16 to 24 February 2026. A First in the Maldives: Baiweiyuan Dumpling Pop-Up

16–23 February 2026

Adding a Michelin-recognised culinary experience, the resorts welcome Baiweiyuan Dumpling Restaurant from Beijing for an exclusive pop-up at both islands.

Beloved for made-to-order dumplings and comforting soups, Baiweiyuan brings the flavours of Beijing to the Indian Ocean. Guests can savour pork and chive, beef and onion, and vegetarian dumplings, alongside cold starters like soy-braised pork trotter. Freshly prepared, these dishes mirror the Fire Horse’s passion, generosity, and vibrant energy.


Lunar New Year at Kuda Huraa

16–24 February 2026

Kuda Huraa transforms into a vibrant island carnival. The festivities begin with a Reunion Dinner at Café Huraa and continue with themed dining nights, outdoor cinema sessions, pool parties, and a Pop-Up Asian Market.

Landaa Giraavaru welcomes the New Year with a poolside celebration from 7:00 to 10:30 pm, featuring:

  • Yu Sheng prosperity toss
  • Culture-inspired welcome drinks
  • Daily Baiweiyuan Dumpling Pop-Up
