An heirloom kurta embroidered with gota work – an exquisite technique of metallic based ribbon used on celebratory occasions, such as new beginnings, marriages or the birth of a child. Like a firefly in flight, the golden copper thread shines with twists and turns on exquisite silks, woven tissue, and luxurious velvets.
