Mrunal Jain: I love everything about Gujarat

Sooryavanshi actor Mrunal Jain, who has played lead roles in TV shows like Uttaran and Bandhan, was recently in Vadodara for an event and shared his fondness for Gujarat.
The actor was last seen on the small screen in the show Nagarjuna-Ek Yoddha in 2017.

‘I GORGE ON FAFDA-JALEBI WHENEVER I AM IN GUJARAT’

Mrunal, who was born in Ahmedabad, loves everything about Gujarat. He shared, “We moved from Ahmedabad to Mumbai when I was five years old. I have many relatives in Gujarat and I love Gujarati food. I gorge on fafda-jalebi whenever I am here and I am also fond of Kathiyawadi cuisine. Recently, I visited the Statue of Unity and it was a great experience. Be it language or food, I love everything about Gujarat.”
‘FOR ACTORS, IT’S IMPORTANT TO KEEP POSTING CONTENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA’
Several TV actors have said that these days, some producers are casting actors based on their popularity on social media. Asked about it, Mrunal said, “It’s a bitter truth and at times, good actors who don’t have many social media followers are not being selected for roles. However, I also feel that it’s important for actors to keep posting content on social media. It can help you to connect with more people.
