Salman Khan shares a throwback image with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s niece Sharmin Segal and wishes for her film Malaal

Salman Khan and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali have been friends for decades. There were speculations that they had some falling out in the past but all rumours were put to rest when Salman announced his collaboration with Bhansali, Inshallah. Now, Bhansali is set to launch his niece Sharmin Segal alongside Jaaved Jaffrey’s son Meezaan and Salman is getting nostalgic about it.
The trailer of Malaal was unveiled on May 18 which has already crossed the 10 million mark and Salman Khan shared a throwback photo with Sharmin from her childhood. Sharing the trailer and the photo, he wrote, “Just like that, it’s time now to see this beautiful little Sharmin bloom on the silver screen in her debut film, Malaal. May this new journey bring you all luck and love.”

ADNAN SAMI TO PLAY KISHORE KUMAR IN BIOPIC?

Mumbai: A well-informed source revealed that the ‘Kishore Kumar Biopic’ is resurfacing with fresh talks underway with none other than music maestro Adnan Sami having being approached to act in the lead role as Kishore Kumar. The source added that Adnan Sami would be perfect since he is also a remarkable singer, composer & is also a good actor.
It is further learned that Adnan Sami will use his own voice to sing some of the Kishore Kumar classics with recreated versions in the film. Sami was apparently approached after his recreated versions of Kishore Kumar classics on the reality show ‘The Voice’ which were highly appreciated & went viral on the internet.
The subject of the Kishore Kumar biopic first surfaced with Anurag Basu announcing the biopic with Ranbir Kapoor. However, that project never took off for various reasons. Now with this new development, we will have to wait for the formal announcement which is expected soon, the source added.

It is great to see an actor go beyond their own identity and become a different person to play a certain character. But sometimes, it is nice to see the actors just be themselves even on the silver screen. One such example is of Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka actress, Aneri Vajani who portrays the gentle and innocent Pari.
On being asked about how she feels about her character, Aneri says she loves it and feels comfortable playing Pari. The best part is that this glamorous girl is in fact, very similar to her real-life character, in her real life! Aneri says, “Pari is a kind, patient, caring and innocent girl. She can never wish bad for others. She is courageous yet compassionate and can sometimes be sensitive. I see myself in Pari which makes me feel very natural even when I am in my character. As I have already said, I am extremely happy doing TV shows and look forward to more challenging roles.”
Aneri is seen acting alongside Tejasswi Prakash, Kunal Jaisingh and Rohan Gandotra. The cast of the show bonds really well and have fun with each other.
