Echoes of the Eternal
In the heart of the capital, the AIFACS Gallery on Rafi Marg transformed into a sanctuary of silence, symbolism, and soul as artist Goldy Malhotra unveiled her much-awaited solo exhibition, Echoes of the Eternal. The preview evening drew Delhi’s cultural circle, led by Chief Guest Mr. Dikshu Kukreja, globally acclaimed architect and Honorary Consul General of Albania, and Guest of Honour Mr. Sanjay Passi, Chairman of Pasco Group.

The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, a gesture that felt deeply aligned with the exhibition’s essence — illumination, awakening, and continuity of belief. With over forty artworks on display, the show unfolds as a visual pilgrimage across Buddhism, Indian mythology, and contemporary existence, revealing the subtle threads that bind heritage and humanity.
Where Faith Meets Form
Malhotra’s canvases are richly layered narratives — Buddha’s serenity rendered through soft gradients of compassion, mythological figures shaped with renewed symbolism, and glimpses of urban life painted with quiet introspection. Despite the stylistic diversity, a singular idea flows through the collection: the human quest for the eternal.
“From Buddha’s awakening to the restlessness of today’s world — we are all seeking the same truth,”
says Goldy Malhotra, reflecting on her artistic journey.
“The pursuit of that timeless source is what resonates through every stroke.”
This emotional resonance is heightened by her distinctive technique — bold spatula movements, fluid textures, and a carefully restrained palette that hold equal space for stillness and depth.
Art as Identity. Art as Heritage.
Speaking at the exhibition, Mr. Dikshu Kukreja shared:
“India’s architectural legacy carries art in every stone and every story.
Echoes of the Eternal reminds us that culture is memory — and art keeps it alive.”
His words set the tone for an evening that felt like a celebration of India’s philosophical richness — bridging past and present, mythology and mindfulness, ritual and reflection.
A Contemporary Pause for the Soul

In a world that often races ahead, Malhotra’s art encourages viewers to pause — to listen to the silent hum of the spirit, to rediscover meaning within the mundane, and to reconnect with the sacred that resides in everyday life.
