Season of Love unfolds at MKT at The Chanakya as a two-week culinary showcase.. Conceived as a measured, design-led celebration of romance, the experience brings together seasonal ingredients, global technique, and a setting defined by contemporary elegance.
The limited-edition Valentine’s menu is structured with intention. The Burrata Aphrodite Salad pairs creamy burrata with avocado, cherry tomato, caramelised strawberry and passion fruit dressing, while the Pear and Arugula Embrace layers blue cheese, Himalayan honey and balsamic for a composed contrast of sweet and sharp notes.
Among the mains, comfort meets finesse. Ravioli Rossa arrives in strawberry tomato sauce with cheese fondue; Linguine Amore di Mare draws depth from prawn bisque and garlic-kissed prawns. The Velvet Blush Chicken is served alongside beetroot risotto and brûléed strawberry, while the Crimson Snapper Serenade is accompanied by white asparagus, strawberry and rocket salad, and a delicate orange-fennel nage.
Desserts are crafted for shared indulgence — from Gianduja Chocolate Mousse and Strawberry Cheesecake to an interactive Chocolate Fondue with fruits and confectionery accompaniments.
A curated cocktail selection complements the menu, featuring Berry Blossom, Pink Cloud, Chocolate Rum, and Passionfruit Picante, alongside zero-proof creations such as Strawberry Fizz and Peach Lush.
For 14th February, a pre-reserved five-course dinner is offered at INR 7,500 plus taxes per couple, limited to ten tables per seating at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM. Dietary preferences — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific — are accommodated with advance notice, ensuring a tailored experience.
Takeaway offerings, including an artisanal Strawberry Chocolate Gift Box and a Chocolate Strawberry Bouquet, extend the celebration beyond the dining room. Walk-ins may explore the special menu during regular hours, subject to availability.
