One of India’s runway fashion events, Fashion Connect has a global following. It connects designers from across the world to display their designs at one platform.
The event took place at Fairmont Jaipur on 11th October, celebrating it’s’ special 10th season in the Pink City. Rishee Miglani, the curator of this mega event alongside the world famous legendary designer Michael Cinco, hosted the most elite audience of the city. The celebrity designer has previously been associated with Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Nick Jonas, Naomi Campbell, to name a few. Michael Cinco is to be inducted into fashion royalty and the Fashion Connect team was highly pleased to have him as the grand finale designer of the show that was directed by Lokesh Sharma. The Indian actress and model Urvashi Rautela and actor Sunil Grover were the show stoppers for Michael Cinco, who upon visiting India for the first time said “I’m absolutely overwhelmed with the response of the Indian audience and the hospitality showcased by Fairmont Jaipur”.
The grand opening was by Mohit Falod, a popular fashion icon known for designing bridal collections, followed by Angrish, accessory designers, Cosa Nostraa and Bani Pasricha. The pre-finale showcased splendid designs from the House of Armuse. The event was attended by well-known designers of the fashion industry, socialites and page 3 people of Jaipur. The palatial Fairmont Jaipur was the perfect backdrop for this gala fashion event.
