I have oily skin and wrinkles on my face. Please suggest me a homemade pack.
Mix together 3 to 4 teaspoons oats with egg white and one teaspoon each of honey and curd. Apply on the face once or twice a week, avoiding the lips and area around eyes. Wash it off after 20 to 30 minutes. Oats will be available in food stores. Mix the liquid ingredients gradually to get the right consistency. It should be a thick paste, which does not drip.
I have dull and rough hair. Please suggest a home conditioner, which will give softness and shine.
If your hair is looking dull you can give it a quick conditioning treatment before your shampoo. Mix one teaspoon each of vinegar and honey with one egg. Beat them together well. Massage the mixture into the scalp. Then wrap the hair in a hot towel for twenty minutes, before washing the hair. Your hair will have more body and look shiny and manageable.
I have hair fall and lots of dandruff. It’s oily dandruff, with itching. Please suggest remedies.
Wash the hair daily, using very little shampoo and rinsing well with water. Half an hour before shampoo, apply two tablespoons vinegar, massaging it lightly into the scalp. Vinegar relieves itching too. Once a week, olive oil and apply on the scalp at night, using cotton wool and rubbing gently to dislodge the flakes. Leave on overnight. Next morning, apply the vinegar on the scalp, half an hour before shampoo. Boil neem leaves in water over a low fire. Cool and strain. Make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the scalp. Use the water to rinse the hair.
I have aloe vera plants in my house. Can I use it on the skin? Please tell me how to use it?
The stabilized aloe vera gel and juice are used in cosmetic products. The aloe vera gel is the leaf pulp, obtained from the inner portion of the leaves. The aloe juice is found just beneath the outer skin of the leaves. The gel and juice may be used directly on the skin. It moisturizes the skin and softens it. While using it directly on the skin at home, it is important to observe strict hygiene. Wash the plant well before taking out the gel and juice.
