EHL Hospitality Business School faculty releases the hospitality industry outlook 2023 report

Considering the current external forces, the impactful role that creativity, human-centricity and authenticity can bring to the hospitality industry is more essential than ever. EHL Hospitality Business School faculty is pleased to share their research insights on the Hospitality Industry Trends for 2023.

As the industry is looking for innovative solutions to answer customers’ needs in an ever-evolving environment, EHL professors are sharing their forward-looking research insights, highlighting the main opportunities, and challenges at stake.

How can hospitality reposition itself as an attractive, tech-savvy, sustainable and innovative sector in the face of today’s shifting times and changing customer needs? This is the question that keeps coming up after a few tough years where many old, ‘safe’ industry assumptions were turned on their head”, states Dr Markus Venzin, CEO of EHL Group.
