 Titled “A Mélange of Ideas” a collection of tunics, trousers, skirts, anarkalis, saris and corsetry, in hues of mixed colour palette, white, charcoal, mustard, pale sky blue and vermilion. The fabrics used were chiffon, dupioni, and habotai which created.

Detailing &Technique

Detailing was intense with prints heading the list, followed by delicate beading, intricate handmade lace, beautiful cutwork, mesh, along with placement dyeing and contrast stitching. Relaxed lines and linear cuts with feminine, soft tailoring and construction were the highlights.

 “The collection is an ode to small, yet significant and gorgeous design details that I have made note of during my travels, or whilst rummaging through vintage clothing, or going through old fashion images, and the like. The hodgepodge of creative ideas that had been living in my imagination for the past several years have all come together to create this collection.”
