Delhi’s New Grab-and-Go Pan-Asian Spot Brings Comfort, Speed & Good Coffee
By Seema Dhawan
In a city where Pan-Asian restaurants continue to grow rapidly, NŌDO introduces a format that feels perfectly timed for Delhi’s fast-moving lifestyle. Located in the heart of Khan Market, NŌDO positions itself as India’s first dedicated grab-and-go Pan-Asian kitchen, focusing on ramen, sushi, dim sums, and quick comfort meals designed for people constantly on the move.
During my recent visit, what made the experience stand apart was not only the food, but also the hospitality led by founder Shivang Gupta. Warm, approachable, and deeply involved in the dining experience, Shivang personally welcomed us, introduced the concept behind the menu, and encouraged us to try some of their signature offerings.

One of the most unexpected highlights was the coffee tasting. Made using QBRU Gold, the coffee had an unusually creamy and velvety texture that honestly felt as though ice cream had been blended into it. Surprisingly, there was no cream or dessert element involved at all. Shivang explained that the richness came entirely from the brewing machine and extraction process, making it a genuinely unique coffee experience in Delhi’s café scene.

Being vegetarians, we explored the vegetarian dim sums, sushi, and noodles. The dim sums arrived fresh, steaming, and delicately balanced in flavour, while the sushi offered approachable combinations that work especially well for diners looking for lighter Japanese-inspired options in Delhi. The noodles, meanwhile, delivered exactly what comfort food should—warm, satisfying, and easy to enjoy without feeling overly heavy.
What makes NŌDO in Khan Market particularly interesting is its decision to specialise instead of overcrowding the menu. Rather than attempting a large Pan-Asian spread, the restaurant focuses deeply on a few categories and executes them with consistency. Shivang Gupta shared that the idea behind NŌDO was to perfect these core offerings while adapting them to the pace of urban dining culture in India.

The packaging and service style also reflect this modern approach. Whether dining in briefly, ordering takeaway, or choosing delivery, every detail feels designed around convenience without compromising freshness. In many ways, NŌDO represents the next phase of casual dining in Delhi—where quality Asian food meets speed, portability, and everyday accessibility.
For anyone looking for sushi, dim sums, ramen, or quick Pan-Asian food in Khan Market, NŌDO offers an experience that feels contemporary yet personal. Between the thoughtfully curated menu, efficient format, and genuinely warm hospitality by Shivang Gupta, this new Delhi opening brings far more than just another Asian restaurant to the capital’s dining scene.
