Inspired by a style of traditional Chinese landscape painting that depicts natural landscapes, especially those of water and mountains. The ramp was a clean grey one with sand pits while the show started off with a bright red Chinese dragon dancing all around.The Chinese term for the art genre “landscape” is Shan Shui

. The collection was broken up into 3 segments –

1)    Cocktail deriving of separates and evening gowns.

2)    Couture consists of sarees, lehengas, sherwanis, kurtas and bandh galas.

3)    Introducing our Bridal Collection with a few heavier and intricate lehengas and sherwanis.

 Highlights

·        Indian looks  are layered with parkas, trenches, bombers and jumpers to give a casual, young, fresh look to couture

·        The surfacing consisted of top-stitch, sequin overlay, quilting and heavy crystal embellishments in the form of patchwork.

Guru Randhawa  wears a black velvet jacket with golden zari work

Showstopper

Farhan  Akhtar wears a signature gold and black velvet sherwani with crystal applique all over it.
