The new menu is curated with delicacies featuring an Indian twist to its ashets that are delivered fresh to one’s doorstep. Trailblazing in the food market, the new menu proudly offers a range of delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for takeaway. These include; Chicken Tikka Ashet, Chicken Keema Ashet ,Paneer Tikka Ashet and Mushroom Tikka

Chickeera Ashet Bowls


Ashet- a delectable platter of rice served with succulent pieces of chicken tikka, keema, paneer tikka or mushroom tikka drenched in Chickeera’s signature white sauce and spicy gunpowder sauce, completed with crunchy iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and sliced pita bread. A mix of savoury, spicy and satisfying- the perfect bowl to satiate and refresh!
What could be more rewarding than munching on a hearty burrito after a day of work in this summer heat? The brand brings to you a fusion burrito with classic Indian flavor with the all new Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito and Paneer Tikka Masala Burrito. With options for both meat lovers and vegetarians, the burritos are made with warm Mexican/Tex Mex tortilla bread loaded with juicy pieces of paneer or chicken tikka, generously topped with Chickeera’s famous sauces layered with rice, red beans and onions caramelized to sheer perfection. Authentic and classic vegetarian and non vegetarian Mexican burritos also feature on the new menu.

Chicken Wings in Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients Quantities
Chicken Wings 5 KG
Corn Flour 250 gm
Flour 200 gm
Egg 5 and a half eggs
Salt 30 gm
Broth 18 gm
Thyme 4 gm
Ginger 40 gm
Garlic 60 gm
Buffalo Sauce 2.4 kg
Oil 3 ltrs


Method

  1. Cut wings into 2 pieces. Mix all other ingredients except oil and buffalo sauce to make marinate. Marinate the chicken for a few hours.
  1. Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces until cooked properly.
  2. On a pan over medium heat, add the buffalo sauce. Toss the fried wings in the pan till
    properly coated.
  3. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds
