A New Era of Modern Indian Menswear
Tasva by Tarun Tahiliani — the menswear label born from the designer’s strategic partnership with ABFRL — presented a refined vision of contemporary Indian occasionwear at Lakmē Fashion Week x FDCI.
The collection highlighted premium fabrics — silk blends, custom jacquards, and viscose alternatives — elevated with zardozi, pearls, mirrorwork, Aari, and Dori embroidery. A sophisticated palette moved from vibrant festive tones to ivory, jade, gold, taupe, and salmon — colours crafted for celebration.

Design inspirations spanned paisleys, the Tree of Life, Toile de Jouy, mosaic artistry, and Kutch’s lippan mirrorwork, translated into sharply tailored ensembles for the groom and his entourage. Jackets, bandhgalas, and kurta sets balanced Indian heritage with comfort-led ease.

Actor Aayush Mehra, chefs Ranveer Brar and Suvir Saran, and leading creators added star presence on the runway.

“With Tasva, we honour India’s rich craftsmanship while redefining festive menswear for the modern man — comfortable, timeless, and elegant,” said Tarun Tahiliani.

Tasva reinforced the designer’s signature India Modern philosophy — ceremonial dressing rooted in tradition yet unmistakably global in its sophistication.
