Vipul brings with him a rich experience of over 16 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He has received various accolades in his professional journey, and gained invaluable experience during his time at some of the most prominent hotels of IHCL across the Taj and Vivanta brands. In his new role, Vipul will now be responsible to oversee the management and development of Food & Beverage and catering services. He will oversee the functioning of all four Food and Beverage outlets at the hotel namely Indus Express, Creo, Tipple Bar and Caramel along with in room dining and banquets. He will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to drive revenues and enhance brand visibility for the hotel’s food and beverage repertoire.

Vipul has graduated from The Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore and has gained immense experience during his tenure at Taj Lands End Mumbai, Taj Palace New Delhi, Taj MG road Bangalore and Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway.
