Get ready for a funfilled Holi celebration at Union Market District! Following the overwhelming success of last year’s event, we’re excited to bring back the colorful festival of Holi—this year on its official date, according to the Hindu calendar. Join for authentic Indian Flavors from RASA and DC Dosa, great music, dancing, cocktails and festivities on Monday, March 25, from 6pm-8pm at the Union Market, Plaza at The Dock (behind The Market), Washington, DC.
This event is free to the public on a first-come, first-served basis (colors and t-shirts available while supplies last). Food and drinks are available for purchase from participating retailers. Proceeds from food and beverage sales will be donated to Akshaya Patra Foundation.
Pro-tip: Wear whites that you don’t mind getting colorful. The colored powder is washable and non-toxic.
