The Denim sari is from a collection called ‘The Urban Utopia’, a celebration of organic with the industrial, where the organic can coexist with the industrial in an ideal state of being for city-dwellers like us with a heart of green. Diksha Khanna is all set to showcase this at an exhibition ‘The Offbeat Sari’ at the Design Museum to be held from the month of May 2023 in London

Bollywood Actor Sonam Kapoor was also spotted wearing the collection at one of the movie promotional events.

Diksha said “The design is a Salute to the resilience of roots that fight their way through cracks in mortar, and leaves that glow through a coating of dust; the picturesque embroidered buttons are crafted with home-style needlepoints on frames. Opposing elements come together: the softness of fine cottons contrasts the ruggedness of denim, while languid drapes complement structured tailoring making it a beautiful marriage of opposites. This Sari is a pre-stitched garment with the hand distressed ‘pallu’ in an abstract form. It includes a side zipper for the functional opening.
