Halloween Cocktails:
Classic Halloween Rum Punch
2 L Cranberry Juice
2 L Apple Juice
750 ML Bootz Dark Jamaica Rum
Ice cubes
Garnish ideas: Sliced sweet lime, orange, Gummy worms, candied eyeballs, etc.
Refrigerate all the ingredients then mix them in a punch bowl and serve!
Bitter Delight
Ingredients
1.5 oz Bootz Rum
.5 oz Cuban Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz Syrup of choice
Chocolate bitters as per taste
Red food colouring
Instructions
Add these ingredients to a shaker, shake until combined well. Serve with ice cubes.
Pear Whisky Sour
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces of The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old
- 1 1/2 ounce pear juice
- 3/4 ounce rosemary honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
For rosemary honey syrup:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4-5 sprigs of rosemary
- 3-4 star anise
Instructions
For rosemary honey syrup:
- Combine water and honey in a small saucepan and let it simmer over medium heat until honey dissolves. Add rosemary sprigs and star anise after taking it off the heat. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain, cool it, and store it in an airtight jar for later.
For the cocktail:
In a shaker, add The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, pear juice, syrup, egg white, and ice. Shake until well combined. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
