Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna
Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna launched their latest menswear and womenswear collection with a flurry of glitter and refined tailoring on the final day of LMIFW’s first digital season blending the mystery of the current global events into a whimsical subversive twist. There are Figure hugging gowns for women and sharply tailored suits for men.
Highlights
· Colour of love, ‘Red‘reintroduced in this collection. It brings back and reflects emotions of hope and celebrations in the future. All-black looks contrasted with All-red looks
· Menswear has Metallic intricate embroideries on sharp tailored jackets in royal velvets and textured silks form the new Tuxedo.
· Womenswear is structured yet feminine draped with silk organza and meshes incorporating and illustrating elements of every garment.
· Use of velvet and sheer textiles to add dimension to the collection and fringes on jackets and gowns
The fashion film created to launch Parallax was conceptualised by both te designers themselves, and was directed and edited by Neeraj Hinduja. The film’s assistant cinematographer was Harsh Pahuja and production was managed by Karma Productions.
