Dr. Vanshika is conducting prenatal fitness sessions for pregnant women – Prenatal Fitness with Dr. Vanshika Gupta Adukia from Therhappy. Throughout her journey as a Pregnancy/Childbirth, Lactation Specialist and a mom, Dr. Vanshika has helped and assisted many women with their prenatal experiences.
The prenatal fitness sessions are a mix of pilates, strength and endurance training, light cardio and functional movements, pelvic floor exercises, labor breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Being a part of such sessions will be the best therapy to reduce all the stress and would help in boosting your mood. Not only will your stamina be improved but also the heart and blood vessels will be strengthened immensely.The sessions will help you fight back and pelvic pain, constipation, fatigue with additional bodily benefits that will catch you by surprise too. Dr. Vanshika has successfully trained and helped several mothers during their pregnancy and post their delivery, all across Mumbai.
