It comes as no surprise that Spotify India, a leading audio platform, has reportedly roped in the superstar to be the face of the brand. Spotify was launched in India earlier this year and became a huge hit amongst the youngsters since it allows them to create a playlist of their own. The Indian branch of the Swedish company approached the superstar to endorse the app, considering his youth connect. According to sources, “Anil Kapoor has always endorsed the brands he has believed in. The actor’s ability to connect with the youngsters is the main reason why the brand wanted him to endorse it. The versatile actor, like his daughter Sonam K Ahuja, is endorsing multiple brands and that has worked well with the marketing of the respective companies.”
Anil Kapoor will soon be seen in Mohit Suri’s directorial, Malang co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Disha Patani and Kunal Kemmu.
