Hyatt Regency Delhi Curates a Summer of Culinary Escapes and City Luxury
Summer at Hyatt Regency Delhi unfolds through a curated sequence of dining experiences and stay offerings that move between global flavours, seasonal ingredients, and understated city luxury. Across its restaurants and lounges, the hotel shapes a summer that feels less programmed and more personally experienced—built around taste, time, and quiet indulgence.
A Spanish Beginning at Syrah
The season opened at Syrah with “Spanish Fiesta” (14–24 May 2026), a limited-time culinary showcase that brought Spain’s regional spirit to the capital.
Led by Chef Adrià Villarroya Navarro from Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha, the experience drew inspiration from Barcelona, Valencia, and Seville, reflecting Spain’s shared dining culture where food is meant to circulate, conversations flow easily, and time feels deliberately unmeasured.

The evening moved through a natural progression—tapas served in rhythm with the table, paella prepared live, and aromas shaped by olive oil, flame, and slow cooking techniques.
The menu featured Gambas al Ajillo, Patatas Bravas, Croquetas de Setas y Trufa, followed by Paella de Pollo and Paella de Marisco. The experience concluded with Basque cheesecake and Churros con Chocolate, accompanied by Spanish-inspired mocktails designed to complement rather than compete with the food.
La Piazza: A Fresher Expression of Italian Dining
From 27 May 2026 onwards, La Piazza shifts into a summer menu that leans into restraint and seasonality.
Long regarded as one of Delhi’s most established Italian restaurants, it presents a lighter interpretation of its culinary identity—built around fresh ingredients, balanced flavours, and uncomplicated presentation.

A standout addition is the Aperitivo Board, a shared selection inspired by Italy’s pre-dinner ritual, bringing together cheeses, cured meats, and accompaniments designed for unhurried dining.
The menu also includes Indian lobster prepared with Italian techniques, Chicken à la Diavola, and handcrafted pastas that continue to anchor the restaurant’s reputation for consistency and craft.
Sidewalk & Polo Lounge: Seasonal Cocktails, Refined and Light
At Sidewalk and Polo Lounge, the focus shifts to summer drinking—crafted for Delhi’s heat and slower hours of the day.
The Summer Coolers collection brings together cocktails and mocktails built on fruit-forward, citrus, floral, and herbal profiles, using ingredients such as mango, peach, passion fruit, lychee, elderflower, cucumber, and fresh berries.

Cocktails include Sunset Nectar, Tropical Verde, Arctic Bloom, Pineapple Picante, and Passion Breeze, while non-alcoholic creations feature Lychee Bloom, Ruby Coco Elixir, Guava Chilli Aura, and Fresh Harvest. Each drink is designed with clarity and balance, suited to both daytime lounging and evening transitions.
A Staycation Framed Around Ease and Flexibility
The hotel’s summer extends into a curated stay experience running from 1 May to 31 August 2026, offering a pause within the city rather than an escape from it.

Starting at INR 14,000 CP plus taxes (double occupancy, standard room), the package includes buffet breakfast at Café, welcome amenities, and a choice of arrival beverage.
Guests receive a daily dining credit of INR 5,000, redeemable across restaurants, along with hi-tea experiences, spa and salon benefits, laundry privileges, and flexible early check-in and late check-out of up to four hours each.
The experience is structured to allow guests to shape their own pace, with comfort built into every detail.
A Seasonal Narrative of Modern Hospitality
Through these layered offerings, Hyatt Regency Delhi reinforces its position as a multi-experience luxury destination in the capital—where summer is not announced, but slowly unfolds across tables, glasses, and unhurried stays.
