An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Cosy Box New DElhi

Stepping into this charming social eatery in the heart of Delhi felt like being swept away on a culinary adventure that transcended the city’s familiar bustle. The newly unveiled Turkish-themed menu promised a sensory journey through Istanbul’s vibrant streets, and it delivered on every level. With each dish that arrived, from the aromatic Turkish bowl to the delicate vegetarian sushi, it was clear this wasn’t just a meal—it was a tribute to Turkish culinary traditions, skillfully infused with creativity.

As a vegetarian, I savored every bite of the thoughtfully crafted vegetarian sushi, Neapolitan pizza, and a variety of other flavorful dishes. Each plate offered something fresh, catering perfectly to my preferences and making the entire experience incredibly exciting and satisfying.

The inclusivity of the menu truly stood out. Gluten-free and vegan options were given just as much attention as the other dishes, proving that dietary restrictions didn’t mean compromising on taste. From the creamy Burrata salad to the exotic Black Forest sushi, every dish was a highlight. Peshawari paneer tikka and Thai curries ensured there was something for everyone, allowing all guests to indulge in the culinary magic.

My nephew, Parvv, opted for the lamb beyti, a rich, fragrant dish that embodied the warmth and depth of Turkish food culture. Every bite brought new discoveries, blending bold spices and hearty ingredients in a way that made the meal both comforting and adventurous.

Chef Ozgur, the visionary behind these Turkish delights, infused the menu with authenticity and flair. Complementing his dishes, Italian Chef Tarkan’s Neapolitan pizzas transported us to the narrow streets of Naples, creating a seamless fusion of Turkish and Mediterranean flavors. This harmony between tradition and innovation elevated the entire dining experience.

Head Mixologist Sanjeet Yadav’s creative mocktsails/cocktails added an extra layer of excitement. you may indulge in the signature Expansion Artisique and Sunset Serenity, both of which were vibrant and refreshing. For a more playful twist, the Whiskey Business and Berry Potter offered a whimsical take on classic cocktails, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Desserts provided a spectacular finale. Inspired by Greek mythology, the pistachio tiramisu felt like a divine indulgence, while the Sol y Luna dessert was equally captivating, blending flavors and textures that paid homage to ancient myths.

Head Chef Balwant Kumar’s passion for culinary artistry was apparent in every dish. His excitement for the new menu resonated deeply with me, as the experience felt like a masterful blend of flavors, history, and creativity.
