Henry Havaldar is a leading Indian fine-dining cloud kitchen that was established in August 2021. The menu offers a choice of familiar comfort food whilst allowing one to experiment with new not so familiar dishes from other states in India. The concept is nostalgic yet modern and creates a perfect mix of ‘comfort and cool’.
The kitchen was founded by Harpal Singh aka Henry Havaldar, a former Sikh soldier from Bhatinda who fell in love with the food landscape of India during his 20 years of service in the army. Together with his wife, Kitty Kaur, he brought his dream project to life, creating a pan-Indian food delivery platform with a fun twist on familiar dishes. The values imbibed by Henry during his time in the Army form the backbone of the kitchen –
discipline, quality, excellence and dedication
