Lakmé India, brings its latest skincare trend, the Lakmé Lumi Cream, to the runway in partnership with luxury-pret designers Alpana Neeraj to present the #LitWithLumi showcase. The unique showcase will be presented on Day 1 of FDCI x Lakmé Fashion Week and will be creatively directed and choreographed by one of India’s leading voices in fashion and entertainment, Neeraj Gaba.
Focusing on a celebratory return to life as the core theme, the Alpana Neeraj X Lakmé Lumi Cream collection will bring alive the shimmery luminescence of the Lakmé Lumi Cream with a no fuss, relatively minimal avatar that will retain the designers’ unique handwriting of blending 3D geometry with soft swathing drapes and diaphanous volumes. Ebbing and flowing into shimmering pastels and neutrals with pops of strawberry reds, the pieces will take a happy twist with bows and trails made fierce with Alpana Neeraj’s signature extreme construction style.
The Lakmé Lumi Cream is a light-textured moisturiser with a hint of highlighter that spotlights your features, giving them an instant 3D glow. Designed for all Indian skin tones and suitable for all skin types, the product brings together functionality with beauty. In sync with these attributes are the design aesthetics that Alpana Neeraj stand for in fashion. Combining elements of glimmer, shine and glamour, their motifs will include the presence of crystals and diamonds in shades of peach, rose and elegant whites that drape structurally yet artistically.
