Being India’s First True Retail Restaurant, Plum By Bent Chair is co-owned by Priyank Sukhija, owner of First Fiddle F&B Pvt. Ltd. and Natasha & Neeraj Jain, owners of Bent Chair.
Featuring quirky decor, furniture, and fixtures by Bent Chair, Plum By BentChair Lutyens also offers its patrons a complete Food and Retail therapy. For retail therapy, the outlet allows all its customers to purchase everything they see, from the eccentric light in the ceiling to the quirky chair you’re seated on. Bent Chair, an e-tailer company that is best known for its bold and unique designs, has curated special collections to display throughout the restaurant. Bent Chair’s Flagship store is also housed above Plum By Bent Chair, offering an inclusive look into all its collections to all who visit.
Bringing out the creativity of the artisans at BentChair, Plum by Bent Chair’s bar flaunts a unique bar, created with handmade Art Stone, with the design cut into square pieces and then fitted together like a puzzle. The design covers the bar end to end and adds a charming effect to the place. Another gem, the Mona Lisa painting on the stairway, blending art and technology, is a 3D printed spin on a doodle by Dutch artist Jordy Van den Nieuvendijk. The doodle was converted into 3D objects before being printed using a 3D printed and painted with special velvet flock paint.
Cuisines at Plum by Bent Chair
For food therapy, Priyank has brought onboard First Fiddle’s Corporate Head Chef, Sagar Bajaj, to curate an exclusive food menu. Flaunting progressive Pan Asian flavours, Chef Sagar has come up with an entirely new menu for Plum By BentChair Lutyens. The carefully chosen dishes on the menu promise to take you on a unique gastronomic journey. The signature must-try dishes on this menu include Chicken Puffsome, Shanghai Dumplings, Salmon Truffle Cream Cheese Sushi, and more!
For cocktails, Raj Negi, First Fiddle’s mixologist, has created new concoctions and cocktails keeping in mind the theme of the outlet. Each cocktail boasts an exclusive mixology process, which is unique to Plum by BentChair. The menu includes specials such as the Smoked Plum Negroni, Elderflower and Blueberry Spritzer, Passionista, Yuze Sour, and more.
