A great coat or a well-cut suit can do much of the talking. For his latest collaboration with Arvind Limited, designer Ashish N Soni focused on the details that matter in menswear: fabric, fit, and proportion. Actor Jim Sarbh closed the show in a long pinstriped coat, bringing a dramatic finish to the presentation.

The Art of Tailoring
Soni’s collection moved between sharp suiting and more relaxed separates. Double-breasted suits appeared alongside checked bomber jackets, cropped outerwear, trench coats, and bandhgalas with buckle details. Wide-leg trousers softened the formality of tailored pieces, while a palette of black, gray, navy, off-white, and ecru kept the looks understated. Rust and tobacco added warmth.
The fabrics were central to the presentation. Arvind Limited brought together cotton, wool, linen, Tencel, bamboo, and blended textiles. Each offered different possibilities in texture, weight, and drape, allowing Soni to move between structured tailoring and easier everyday dressing.
From Runway to Retail

Select pieces from the collection are set to be available at The Arvind Stores nationwide. The move brings the collaboration beyond the runway, giving customers access to a selection of the looks. It also puts the spotlight on the role fabric plays in a finished garment. The right material can change the way a jacket holds its shape, how trousers fall, or how a coat moves. These details are especially important in a collection built around tailoring.
A Modern Menswear Wardrobe
Alongside the suits and outerwear, the collection included sporty jackets and utility-inspired pieces. The mix offered options for different occasions, from more formal dressing to relaxed, everyday wear.Rather than relying on bold embellishment, the designs draw attention to their construction, fabric, and proportions. It is a considered approach to menswear, with pieces that can work individually or as part of a complete look.
