ROSEROOM’s Softly, Strong Makes a Compelling Case for Couture Rooted in Grace, Craft, and Quiet Confidence

By the fourth evening of Hyundai India Couture Week 2026, the rhythm of the runway had settled into something familiar. Then ROSEROOM shifted the mood—not with spectacle or theatrical drama, but with restraint. Softly, Strong didn’t compete for attention. It earned it, one meticulously crafted look at a time.

The collection marked another confident step forward for founder and creative director Isha Jajodia, whose fascination with lace has become the defining language of the House. This season, that language felt more assured than ever. Chantilly, guipure, and corded lace weren’t treated as delicate embellishments but as architectural elements, layered with hand appliqué, pearls, Swarovski crystals, and intricate floral embroidery that revealed new dimensions as each model moved down the runway.

What immediately stood out was the balance between romance and structure. Corsetry anchored gowns, saris, tailored jackets, and sweeping skirts without ever feeling restrictive, giving the collection a quiet strength that echoed its title.
