Strength In Softness

ROSEROOM explores the Art of Contemporary Couture

The collection marked another milestone for founder and creative director Isha Jajodia, whose fascination with lace continues to shape the identity of ROSEROOM. Chantilly, guipure, and corded lace remained at the heart of Softly, Strong, layered with hand appliqué, pearls, Swarovski crystals, and intricate floral embroidery that highlighted the depth and craftsmanship of every garment.

Romantic details and structured tailoring came together across corseted gowns, saris, tailored jackets, and sweeping skirts. The silhouettes retained a sense of softness while showcasing the precision of the House’s construction. The palette moved from ivory and blush to emerald, ruby, teal, scarlet, and gold, bringing richness and warmth to the collection.

A new addition this season was the use of hand-molded clay florals, introduced as sculptural elements within the lace. Their placement added texture and dimension while complementing the delicate craftsmanship that has become synonymous with the House.

Many of the collection’s intricate floral elements were handcrafted by women artisans through ROSEROOM’s collaboration with Spread the Smile, an initiative that supports home-based craftsmanship in rural communities. Their contribution extended beyond embroidery, reflecting the House’s commitment to preserving traditional skills while creating meaningful opportunities for artisan-led craftsmanship.

Throughout Softly, Strong, craftsmanship remained the defining focus. Every silhouette, embroidered detail, and sculptural floral element reflected the precision of the atelier, while lace, hand appliqué, pearls, and Swarovski crystals came together with a refined sense of balance. The collection highlighted Isha Jajodia’s continued dedication to artisanal techniques, contemporary couture, and the craftsmanship that defines the House.
